Lauren Staehr

Baltimore Singing Teacher Lauren StaehrVocal Music Educator Lauren Staehr, B.S.,  comes from Nebraska. She received her Bachelor
of Science in Education for vocal music from Concordia University, Nebraska. During her undergraduate
years, she participated in the Women’s Chorale and the University A Cappella Choir, where she
was the leader of the Alto 2 section for three years. Lauren has been participated in several
musical productions, including ​Phantom of the Opera. ​She also was a member of the Opera
Club, which performed arias and scenes in a recital at the end of the school year. Lauren has
received several accolades for both vocal performance and music education such as being
chose to perform five times in the University Honor Recital and induction into Phi Delta Kappa,
the music honor society. Currently, Lauren teaches 6-12 choir at Concordia Preparatory School,
where she also coaches basketball and is on the musical production staff.
